Bhubaneswar: The National Testing Agency (NTA) announced a list of the NEET UG 2022 Toppers on Wednesday, and it includes Priya Somadutta Nayak from Odisha.

Priya scored 705 out of 720, earning her the All India Rank (AIR) 39. His Class XII grade at SAI International School in Bhubaneswar was 96.8%. Priya told a local journalist, "I expected to obtain marks above 700 and I am delighted with the rank I have got.

My goal growing up was to become a doctor. At AIIMS in New Delhi, I wish to pursue MBBS. After Class X, I began going to coaching lessons. I want to thank my parents, my school's staff, and the coaching centre," he continued.

Nilakantha Panigrahi, the principal of SAI International School, stated, "We have always been able to balance the curriculum between school and coaching, which we refer to as a "Integrated Program." The coaching class instructors and the schoolteachers must work closely together. I'm overjoyed for Priya.

Tanishka from Rajasthan achieved the top spot in the country with a score of 715 out of 720, while Vatsa Ashish Batra from Delhi took second place with the same mark. Tanishka, who is originally from Haryana, took the NEET exam in Kota, Rajasthan.

The Top 4 applicants are those that received a score of 715 out of 720. Nine students from Karnataka, five each from Gujarat and Delhi NCT, and four students from Andhra Pradesh are in the Top 50.

According to NTA records, 18.72 lakh medical students enrolled for the NEET UG 2022 exam, which was held on July 17. Ninety-five percent of the applicants showed up for the examination in 13 different languages.

The medical entrance exam was administered at 3,570 centres in 497 Indian cities and 14 foreign locations.
